Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced

Senior IT Support Engineer / Team Lead

to join our growing team. This role involves leading a team of IT professionals, delivering exceptional technical support, and consulting with clients to implement effective IT solutions that drive business success.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of IT support engineers to ensure high-quality service delivery. Provide advanced technical support to clients via phone, email, remote tools, or on-site visits. Consult with clients to understand business needs and propose tailored IT solutions. Manage and maintain customer records, software licenses, renewals, and maintenance contracts. Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware, software, and network issues (Level 2/3 support). Set up, configure, and maintain IT infrastructure including servers, networks, and endpoints. Deliver support for IP PBX and Unified Communication systems (e.g., 3CX, MS Teams Yeastar, Yealink). Participate in and lead ad-hoc IT projects as assigned by management. Stay current with industry trends and receive ongoing training on technologies such as Microsoft, HP, Cisco, SonicWall, Logitech, and cloud/on-prem IPPBX systems.

Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. Minimum 3 years of hands-on IT support experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership role. Strong knowledge of Windows Server, networking, firewalls, and IP telephony systems. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently or as part of a team. Certifications such as Microsoft, Cisco, or ITIL are an added advantage.
