Job Summary
A detail-oriented IT Finance & Documentation Executive with 3+ years of experience in IT finance, budgeting, and IT management/documentation. The executive will handle financial operations for IT projects while maintaining IT documentation, policies, and process workflows. This role requires a blend of financial expertise and IT administrative skills.
Key Responsibilities
IT Finance:
Budgeting & Cost Control:
Assist in IT budget planning, tracking expenses, and ensuring cost efficiency.
Monitor IT expenditures (CAPEX/OPEX) and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Financial Reporting:
Prepare monthly/quarterly financial reports on IT spending, variances, and forecasts.
Analyze IT vendor invoices, contracts, and license renewals for financial accuracy.
Vendor & Procurement Support:
Coordinate with vendors for payment processing.
Maintain records of IT procurement and vendor agreements.
IT Management & Documentation:
Process Documentation:
Create, update, and maintain IT policies, SOPs, and process workflows.
Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.
IT Governance & Compliance:
Assist in IT audits, risk assessments, and documentation for regulatory compliance.
Maintain records of IT security policies, access controls, and system configurations.
Cross-functional Coordination:
Work with IT teams to align financial planning with project execution.
Support IT leadership with reports, presentations, and process improvements.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, IT Management, or Business Administration.
3 years of experience in IT finance, financial analysis, or IT administration/documentation.
Strong knowledge of budgeting, financial reporting, and IT cost structures.
Experience in IT documentation, asset management, or process governance.
Proficiency in Excel, ERP systems (SAP/Oracle), and collaboration tools (Confluence, SharePoint).
Analytical, organized, and detail-oriented with strong communication skills.
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with ITIL, COBIT, or IT governance frameworks.
Exposure to project management tools (JIRA, Trello).
Knowledge of SOX compliance or IT audit processes.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
