Job Description

Typical Responsibilities :

-Maintain and troubleshoot production line IT systems.

-Ensure network connectivity for machines and servers.

-Support software installations, updates, and system backups.

-Coordinate with production engineers for system integration.

-Manage user access control and data security.

Minimum Requirements :

-Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

-1-3 years experience in IT support, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.

-Knowledge of hardware & software troubleshooting (PCs, printers, network devices).

-Basic understanding of LAN/WAN networks, servers, and CCTV systems.

-Familiar with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) or Production Monitoring Systems.

-Able to support production machines' computer systems (HMI, SCADA, PLC network connections, etc.).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
