We are looking for an experienced IT Help Desk Support professional to provide technical assistance, troubleshoot IT issues, and support end-users onsite in Johor. You will play a key role in maintaining high service quality and ensuring smooth IT operations.

Respond to tech inquiries via email, through online chats, over the phone, or in person
In depth technical skill in troubleshooting hardware and software.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfactory service
Communicate customer feedback to the appropriate internal team members
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Comprehensive knowledge of computer systems and experience troubleshooting hardware and software
The ability to break down technological processes and deliver clear, step-by-step instructions
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and also have team handling skills.
Troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
Strong interest on latest technology and ability to transform with current needs
Knowledge/experience in the ServiceNow ticketing system.
Possess Diploma Cert Information Technology
