Job Description

Position: Help Desk
Location: Ampang, Selangor
Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology

Help Desk - Job Scope / Responsibilities



1.

Provide technical support

to end-users via phone, email, or in person.
2.

Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues

related to hardware, software, network, and system access.
3.

Log and track all support requests

in the helpdesk system to ensure timely resolution.
4.

Install, configure, and maintain

computer systems, printers, and other IT equipment.
5.

Assist in setting up user accounts

, email, and access permissions.
6.

Coordinate with the IT team or vendors

for issues that require escalation.
7.

Perform routine maintenance

and updates to ensure systems run smoothly.
8.

Provide basic IT training or guidance

to employees when necessary.
9.

Monitor system performance

and report recurring issues or risks.
10.

Document solutions and procedures

for future reference.
