Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Business/Marketing/IT or an equivalent discipline
  • SPM with relevant experiences are welcomed to apply
  • Language Skills: Able to speak Mandarin or Cantonese fluently and communicate effectively in both spoken and written English
  • 1-2 years min. experience in similar roles such as Cloud Sales, IT helpdesk experiences
  • Must be able to search out business leads
  • Strong team player and customer oriented
  • Self-motivated, goal oriented, desire to deliver results
  • Creative with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining high attention to detail.
  • Able to communicate well in Mandarin or Cantonese
Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers across industries, company sizes, and types to determine their needs and identify opportunities to fulfil them with leading cloud technologies
  • Sell cloud products and solutions directly to customers who are ready to purchase
  • Recommend IT solutions based on business needs and challenges
  • Be the first contact point for business customers, deliver a strong first impression and set the foundation for long term customer relationship
  • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, monthly & quarterly targets, including customer satisfaction and conversion rates
  • Lead customers to Cloud solutions
  • Work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and dynamic environment, effectively managing leads and driving direct sales through the full sales cycle
  • Focus on delivering an exceptional sales experience and building lasting customer trust
