  • Basic computer hardware troubleshooting skills.
  • Min. 1 year working experience in related field.
  • Attend to customer request and troubleshoot customer issue remotely.
  • Fluent in Mandarin & English is a MUST.
  • Own transportation.
  • Able to work independent.
Tanggungjawab
Job Scope:
  • Installing and configuring client computer systems.
  • Responding to client IT support requests.
  • Liaise with clients to diagnose software, networking, or hardware issues.
  • Providing technical support via remote-access systems.
  • Offering solutions that meet the needs of the client.
  • Managing multiple cases at one time.
  • Following up with clients to ensure the problem is resolved.
  • Maintaining good customer relations.
  • Testing and evaluating new technologies.
  • Tracking and managing work records into system. (Internal).
  • Compiling job reports and update on Internal System. (Daily)
