Job Description
IT Infra Support Intern will assist in the ZALORA Cluster IT for MY HQ daily operation on maintaining computer and network devices. IT Infra department is the most critical pillar to ensure ZALORA Cluster in MY HQ can be smoothly operated.
Key responsibilities
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, mobile phones and printers.
- Replace/repair computer hardware down to component level.
- Responding in a timely manner to service users' issues and requests.
- Assist the IT Infra Support team in various IT projects such as testing new technology on hardware and software.
- In the process of completing a bachelor's degree in IT or Computer Science.
- Strong interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills.
- Interest in working for an eCommerce industry.
- Knowledge and/or experience with a variety of computer hardware and software system
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a larger team
- Detail-oriented with an ability to multitask, manage multiple assignments simultaneously
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with various personalities.
- Ability to apply logical or scientific thinking to a wide range of intellectual and practical problems.
- Deadline-driven
