Job Description

The IT Infra Support role in the retail industry focuses on maintaining and improving the company's technology infrastructure. The position requires hands-on expertise in IT systems and a commitment to ensuring seamless technology operations.

• Administer and support infrastructure servers including Active Directory, OS, Print Server, and File Server.
• Manage Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, and Barracuda cloud services and security functions.
• Provide end-user computing engineering support via Intune, SCCM, and software deployments.
• Handle IT incidents and security alerts related to email, endpoints, Defender, and Barracuda systems.
• Oversee daily IT operations, including ticket management and endpoint vulnerability remediation.
• Perform patch management for servers and endpoints, ensuring compliance and system stability.
• Participate in IT projects and develop technical documentation/SOPs for Helpdesk operations.
