Key Responsibilities :

To provide technical and maintenance support for end users and software / hardware, vendors for new function and requirement customization.
Provide support for the company\'s system, office applications, networking, PC laptop, printer barcode scanner, hardware support, trouble shooting and report generation.
To monitor and maintain the company\'s server and application for smoother processing.
Manage IT help desk support issues.
To maintain IT inventory and handle disposal of fixed assets.
Execute ad hoc tasks assigned by superior and onsite support on weekends if needed.

Key Requirements:

Diploma in Information Technology or Computer Science or any related field.
Well versed in IP protocol (TCP/IP) networking routing and switching protocols, VPN, Firewall, IPS, Load Balancer, WAF.
Experienced in Fortinet, Windows Server, HP/Aruba switchers, Veeam, VMWare, MikroTik.
Working day and hours : Monday to Friday : 8:00 am 5:30 pm
Saturday : 8:00 am 12:00 pm

Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM2,300.00 - RM2,500.00 per month Benefits:
