• Diploma/Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of network protocols, hardware, and software infrastructure.
• Familiarity with various operating systems such as Windows, Linux, and macOS.
• Knowledge of server hardware, virtualization, and cloud computing concepts.
• Understanding of cybersecurity concepts, including firewalls, VPNs, and encryption.
• Knowledge of IT service management (ITSM) processes and tools such as ServiceNow or JIRA.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with team members, stakeholders, and clients.
• Strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Willingness to work in shifts and flexible work hours to ensure round-the-clock support.
• Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python or PowerShell is an advantage.
• Experience with IT infrastructure automation tools such as Ansible or Puppet is a plus.

• Installing, configuring and maintaining IT infrastructure components such as servers, switches, routers, and firewalls.
• Providing technical support for network and systems issues and troubleshooting technical problems.
• Monitoring the performance and availability of IT infrastructure components to ensure optimal performance.
• Implementing and maintaining cybersecurity measures to protect IT infrastructure components from potential security breaches.
• Collaborating with team members to implement and maintain IT infrastructure policies and procedures.
• Assisting with the design and implementation of new IT infrastructure solutions and upgrades.
• Documenting IT infrastructure components, processes, and procedures for future reference.
• Participating in the planning and execution of IT infrastructure projects.
• Assisting with IT asset management, including tracking and managing hardware and software inventory.
• Staying up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in IT infrastructure and security to ensure the organization is implementing best practices.
