We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced

IT Infrastructure Network Engineer

to lead and manage our IT infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with business and security objectives. This role will serve as the in-house subject matter expert on infrastructure and network systems, implementing innovative solutions to meet IT, security, and operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and participate in project management initiatives, analyzing business vs. IT requirements and providing strategic recommendations. Design, implement, configure, and maintain scalable infrastructure and network systems, including secure IT architecture and capacity planning. Manage infrastructure change requests and IT operations, minimizing disruption through proactive troubleshooting and resolution of issues across networks, servers, middleware, and end-user systems. Conduct regular health checks of IT systems, including O365, VMware, SAN storage, email, firewalls, switches, and routers. Monitor and ensure successful execution of scheduled jobs, replication, and backup processes; proactively track logs and alerts to prevent system or network disruptions. Set up and maintain User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Production, and Disaster Recovery (DR) environments. Identify, assess, and mitigate IT risks, threats, and vulnerabilities; ensure timely upgrades of EOL systems, firmware, and security patches. Conduct vulnerability scans and implement remediation measures to close security gaps efficiently. Facilitate internal and external audit engagements, support remediation efforts, and ensure compliance with corporate governance and information security best practices. Maintain comprehensive documentation, reports, and standard operating procedures; periodically review IT policies, guidelines, and controls, recommending improvements as needed.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience. Minimum 6 years of hands-on technical experience in helpdesk support, administration, and maintenance of network and infrastructure systems. Strong experience with: Network and infrastructure troubleshooting, server/storage management, backup/restore/replication processes. Configuration and administration of AD, Azure, O365, Wintel/Linux platforms, Middleware, Exchange, VMware. L2/L3 Firewalls, Routers, Switches, IDS/IPS, Proxy, WAF, VLAN, VPN technologies. Endpoint protection, backup solutions, MDM, event management (SIEM), and network security monitoring. Security technologies: Content Filtering, Vulnerability Scans, Encryption, DHCP, DNS, HTTP, SSL, SSH, LDAP, IPSEC. Experience leading and participating in IT project implementations. Vendor management, PO processing, and establishment of IT policies and procedures. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills; self-motivated and results-oriented. Ability to provide after-hours support for urgent incidents. Strong ability to prioritize multiple tasks, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
