Job Description

1.Location Infrastructure Consulting a.Consult on and Integrate CI standard Infrastructure Products into local environment in compliance to the standards set by the Infrastructure Product Owners b.Support ordering process by providing the specification for the BOM to ordering team, directly to the Location Team or directly placing the order (depending on individual site requirements) c.Build and maintain a relationship with ITBP (location manager) and other relevant stakeholders in the site d.Drive Infrastructure related Business Plan for Site and support Hardware Lifecycle for Infrastructure on site e.Make Site responsible aware and plan mitigation actions for Infrastructure related Risks f. Manage LIS and Infrastructure related Site Activities g.Support collaboration between relevant BD/PI PSO\'s 2.Data Management a.Update (where needed) relevant Device-data in all related tools (e.g. CMDB) b.Responsible for maintaining Site and Room data in all related tools (e.g. CMDB, FNT) c.Provide Site with information regarding their BD Managed Infrastructure Services 3.IT Room Operations & Access Management a.Conducts regular IT Room Audit and Site Visit accordance with C/ISP and BD Guidelines and Processes. b.Conduct regular Self-Audits and support other Audits (e.g. C/AU, ISO) c.Follow up on open points from audits and ensures timely closure d.Consult on/Approve of Power Maintenance Activities on Site (execution done by GOC) e.Regularly reviews and audits IT Room Access Processes and Logs. (BD/PI BUR09) f.Part of approval process for IT Room Access (WorkOn) g.Create, Review and Update IT Room Concept h.Create, Review and Update IT Room/Rack in FNT 4.Local Site Support (Penang Bosch Sites) a.Support in the rollout activities by applying standard LIS processes, templates, and installation standards b.Support in the changes in local infrastructure environment c.Support, guide, and advice local teams in hands-on activities d.Ensure that BD infrastructure standards are maintained at all times in the location. 5.Other Tasks a.Support BD/MI with integrations, moves, new locations, closures, and carve-outs b.Support with new room-builds c.Support Problem Management for Location Specific Problem Investigation that are not limited to a single Product and Service d.Supports LIS Product Owner in Product Development.
