Attend customer meetings with the Manager to understand project objectives and customer requirements
Attend customer meetings with the Solutions Engineer for all technical discussions
Prepare specific customer requirements for demo preparation for customers
Assist in presenting user requirements proposal for meetings in presentation format
Assist in gathering, analyzing, and documenting customer needs
Take accurate meeting minutes and summarize key discussion point, action steps, and follow-ups
Assist in structuring and translating customer requirements into system flows and documentation for Project Management Team
Support the preparation of project documentation
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure clarity of customer requirements
Other projects as assigned by the Manager
Requirements
Currently pursuing in diploma/degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or any other related fields
Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
