You will be based at our Malaysia Technology Center (MYTC), the heart and pulse of our IT activities, Center of Excellence and Development.

Your Responsibilities

Enthusiastic and passionate about operations in the lab\xe2\x80\x99s domain.

Understand and practice fundamental daily tasks or projects.

Participate in best-practices networking with peers from different operations and Senior Management.

Implement improvement possibilities within own team or with other process teams, such as working on proof-of-concept themes, improvement activities, and generating learning materials.

Assistance with new system development, testing, and deployment; and operation support.

Maintain the Global/Regional training documentations and knowledge database up to date.

Develop the skills/competences by sharing the knowledge with other team members and participating to offered training sessions.

Perform other relevant support activities as and when required.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field..

Demonstrated communication skills with a focus on customer service.

Proficiency in English is required.

Attend meetings after hours when necessary.

Commit for a min of 6 months of internship.
