Provide support to end-users, including hardware and software;
Support installation, configuration and maintenance of desktops and IT equipment;
Assist in managing and monitoring Microsoft 365, SharePoint, helpdesk/ticketing systems, ERP system activities and basic reporting tasks.
Perform minor development or bug fixes related to system issues.
Support daily IT operations and system administration tasks.
Organize, maintain, and update IT resources and documentation.
Carry out any ad hoc tasks assigned by the superior.
Job & Skill Requirements:
Minimum Diploma, Bachelor Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent;
Required skill (s): IT skills (Network/ Hardware) & Microsoft Office;
Strong analytical problem-solving skills, communication, ability to collaborate with others as well as work independently and manage numerous tasks simultaneously;
Self-motivated with the ability to innovative mindset, enjoy learning new things and be willing to accept new challenges;
Preferable duration for an internship at least 2 months (please state internship duration while apply).
