Assist in troubleshooting hardware and software issues for end-users.
Provide technical support for computer systems, networks, and peripherals.
- Help with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment and software.
- Respond to help and escalate issues as needed.
- Assist in the implementation of IT security measures and protocols.
- Collaborate with team members on IT projects and initiatives.
- Document procedures and processes for IT tasks and projects.
- Participate in training sessions to expand knowledge of IT systems and technologies.
- Conduct research on emerging IT trends and technologies.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the System Analyst or other team members.
