Job Summary:

We're looking for a passionate IT Intern to join our team! This internship is perfect for students or fresh graduates in networking, computer, hardware, or system courses who want hands-on experience in real IT operations within a professional hospitality environment.

Responsibilities:

Assist in troubleshooting, system monitoring, and hardware setup.
Support software installation, updates, and documentation.
Help manage IT inventory.
Ensure smooth daily IT operations and provide user support.
Requirements:

Knowledge of IT fundamentals, networking, and Microsoft Office.
Customer-oriented, proactive, reliable, and willing to learn.
Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia & basic English.
