We invite high-calibre candidates to fill the following position in Malaysia.
Job Duties

• Set up workstations, computers, and required peripheral devices.
• Install and configure software according to SOE requirements.
• Perform troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
• Repair or replace components when required.
• Ensure quality and accuracy of workstation setup.
• Assist in IT onboarding: prepare laptops, user accounts, and required system access for new staff.
• Coordinate hardware delivery to project sites or office
• Conduct hardware checks to ensure proper functionality.
• Maintain and update IT asset and inventory records.
• Provide basic technical assistance to users.
• Escalate issues to IT team when needed.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Follow IT procedures, policies, and security guidelines.
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity of company information.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
• Basic understanding of IT hardware (PCs, docking stations, peripherals).
• Good problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to format, install, and configure computers according to guidelines.
• Willingness to work onsite at project locations and head office.
• Strong interest in IT operations and end user support.
