\xe2\x80\xa2 Managing computer IT functions, or specific technology functions within the entire group of company. \xe2\x80\xa2 Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners. \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks to ensure a stable network performance. \xe2\x80\xa2 Responding to any technical problems and requests and offer a solution in a timely manner. \xe2\x80\xa2 Providing technical support across the company including on-call support to improve the overall efficiency and ease of business processes for employees. \xe2\x80\xa2 Setting up accounts for new users. \xe2\x80\xa2 Repair and replace IT equipment whenever necessary. \xe2\x80\xa2 Have good knowledge in various tools/hardware/software application of the current technology. \xe2\x80\xa2 To undertake other duties or information technology projects as delegated.
