Job Description

Managing computer IT functions, or specific technology functions within the entire group of company. Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners. Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks to ensure a stable network performance. Responding to any technical problems and requests and offer a solution in a timely manner. Providing technical support across the company including on-call support to improve the overall efficiency and ease of business processes for employees. Setting up accounts for new users. Repair and replace IT equipment whenever necessary. Have good knowledge in various tools/hardware/software application of the current technology. To undertake other duties or information technology projects as delegated.
