Requirements
Good communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia
Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems, MS Office, and networking concepts.
Familiar with hardware troubleshooting and basic IT support tools.
Willingness to learn and take initiative in solving problems.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.

Responsibility
Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer hardware and software.
Support day-to-day IT operations and provide first-level technical assistance to end-users.
Troubleshoot issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, network connectivity, and other IT equipment.
Help maintain IT documentation, asset inventories, and update internal knowledge bases.
Assist in system backups, software updates, and antivirus monitoring.
Participate in IT projects, such as system upgrades, network installations, or software deployment.
Ensure adherence to IT security and data protection policies.
Provide support for company email and communication systems.
