1. Maintenance and preparation task For JDOC Implementation

2. Support and execute the JDOC Implementation related task from Project Team

3. Improvement on the current Disk Disposal process covering physical degaussing for SSD as per Cisco requirements.

4. Continue follow-up on Windows 7 migration solution (others than HW replacement option as it\'s required huge investment)

5. Improvement on the Cisco Employee Transfer automated process

Remediation on PEN002/8 Device Compliance.

6. Follow-up activity from the recent MSS Audit findings/recommendations.
