Job Description
The
IT Internship
mainly assist IT Department in any IT help desk support including technical support i.e setup, solve hardware, software installation, troubleshoot on technical related issues, system and network problems, diagnose problems, manage and maintenance of network equipment such as routers, switches, server, etc;Job Responsibilities
To perform daily scheduled check on antivirus, network, servers, internet line monitoring and IT related. To assist IT Department to schedule server updates and backup programs. Track IT hardware inventory and software licenses renewal. To liaise external parties/vendors/Group IT for IT needs/requirements to support company business operations Undertake ad-hoc assignments or duties assigned by superior when required
Preferred Working Experiences and Skills
Internship open to final year students from bachelor's degree in the IT, Computer Science, Engineering or any related discipline. Team player with effective interpersonal and communication skills Strong passion for any IT support. Ability to adapt and cope in a fast-paced environment. Students who can start on January 2023 immediatelyis an added advantage.
