Job Description
Conduct an equipment audit on QLK IT equipment to ensure data protection and system integrity.
Perform Windows updates and upgrades to enhance system performance and security, to be completed within the internship period.
Assist the IT team in troubleshooting user-reported technical issues to gain hands-on experience in problem-solving and customer support.
Organize and maintain a structured digital and physical filing system for IT-related documentation, ensuring easy access and retrieval of important records and reports.
Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: RM800.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
