Job Description

We are looking for a motivated IT Intern to support our technology and digital initiatives. This role is suitable for students or fresh graduates who are eager to gain hands on experience in real world IT operations, systems, and development projects.

Work Arrangement
This is a work from home position.
Internship duration is flexible from 2 to 6 months.

Allowance and Incentives
Monthly allowance is RM 700.
Interns who complete 6 months and receive an A+ performance rating from their supervisor will receive an additional RM 2,000 performance bonus.
High performing interns may be considered for conversion to a full time position.

Key Responsibilities
Test new applications and systems to ensure functionality and reliability.
Assist in database maintenance, including data entry, validation, and basic updates.
Track, document, and log software bugs and technical issues.
Support web and application development tasks such as testing, debugging, and minor enhancements.
Assist in data analysis and preparation of internal reports.
Research new technologies, tools, and best practices relevant to ongoing projects.
Provide support for ad hoc IT projects and cross functional initiatives.
Document technical processes and assist in maintaining system records.

Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data, or a related field.
Basic knowledge of computers, software applications, and databases.
Familiarity with web technologies, programming, or data tools is an advantage but not mandatory.
Strong willingness to learn, problem solve, and take initiative.
Good communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Reliable internet connection and personal computer.
