Job Description
Key Responsibilities
1. System Installation & Configuration-
Install ChemoLIMS software on designated servers. Configure ChemoLIMS settings to ensure optimal performance and compliance with internal standards.
2. Testing & QA
Perform software testing on ChemoLIMS for new features and bug fixes. Document test results and report issues to the development team.
3. Documentation
Create and maintain clear technical documentation for installation, configuration, and troubleshooting processes. Update internal knowledge base with step-by-step guides and best practices.
4. Support & Maintenance
Assist in monitoring server health and application performance. Provide basic troubleshooting support for ChemoLIMS-related issues.
5. Collaboration
Work closely with IT and software engineering teams to ensure smooth deployment and updates. Participate in team discussions for process improvements and feature enhancements.
Requirements
Basic understanding of networking, PC hardware and server environments. Familiarity with software installation and configuration. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical instructions. Good communication skills for documentation and reporting.

Contract length: 4 months
Pay: RM800.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
