The IT Intern will support daily IT operations by acting as the first point of contact for IT-related issues. This role provides hands-on exposure to real-world IT support, troubleshooting, and ticket management in a professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
Receive, log, and track IT incidents and service requests
Assist in first-level troubleshooting for PCs and basic network issues
Escalate unresolved issues with proper documentation and follow up on progress
Assist in identifying and reporting security-related issues such as phishing emails
Requirements
Diploma or Degree student in IT, Computer Science, or related field
Internship period of at least 3 months
Basic knowledge of Windows and common IT applications
Good communication skills, willingness to learn, and a positive attitude
Working Hours
Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
