Job Description
To ensure company software-related daily activities, projects, security, DRP, and compliance with legal requirements and IMS requirements.
Coordinate with stakeholders and vendors to understand business requirements, system maintenance, change requests, and new developments.
Identifies, diagnoses, debugs and resolves issues.
Evaluate and propose a yearly IT software-related plan.
Evaluate and propose yearly IT software purchases and contracts.
Training and development of staff and users.
Assist in hardware-related daily activities, projects, security, DRP, compliance with legal requirements and IMS requirements.
Assist in PC upgrades and troubleshooting.
Provide IT Software Monthly Report to group management info manager
Follow and execute plans to achieve Department KPI.
Assist in documentation.
REQUIREMENTS :
Study in E-commerce, IT, Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Strong team player and self-starter. Knowledge of Programming, MSSQL, data analytics, and Power BI is desirable.
Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3-6 months
Pay: RM600.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
