Key Responsibilities
Provide
first-level technical support
for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Assist in the
setup, configuration, and maintenance
of IT systems, including desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
Troubleshoot IT-related issues via
phone, remote support tools, or on-site visits
.
Support end-users with
software installations, updates, and troubleshooting
.
Maintain IT documentation, including
user guides, troubleshooting steps, and inventory records
.
Assist with
system upgrades, backups, and security updates
.
Collaborate with the IT team to ensure
smooth IT operations

Travel to various locations as needed to provide
on-site IT support

Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently completed a
degree/diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
.
Strong understanding of
computer hardware, software, and networking fundamentals
.
Proficiency in
Tamil,
Malay
&
English
.
Problem-solving mindset with a
keen interest in IT support and troubleshooting
.
Willingness to
travel for on-site support
when required.
Ability to
work independently and as part of a team
.
Basic knowledge of
Microsoft Office, Windows, and IT security practices
