Job Description
Responsibilities:
Provide basic IT support to employees (hardware, software, network) Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues Help with the setup and configuration of computers, printers, and network devices Support system updates and routine maintenance Assist in managing IT asset inventory and documentation Participate in ongoing IT projects as required
Requirements:
Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field Basic understanding of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, and networking Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
