You'll work in a collaborative, fast-moving environment where technology drives real business impact. What you'll work on

1) Process improvement & automation

Identify manual/repetitive tasks and suggest smarter ways of working Learn tools like UiPath or scripts to automate workflows Help gather user requirements and propose solutions

2) Software & web development

Build clean, user-friendly UIs with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or React Support back-end work with Python, Java, or SQL Test, debug, and improve internal tools and systems

3) Data & systems support

Analyse data to surface insights and performance metrics Collaborate on AI prototypes or data-driven features Assist IT operations with troubleshooting and system upkeep

4) Cross-functional collaboration

Work in agile teams with developers, analysts, and PMs Join stand-ups, sprint reviews, and design sessions Gain exposure to the full software/project lifecycle

5) Continuous learning

Stay current on cloud, IT trends, and digital transformation Attend internal workshops, learning sessions, and mentorships Share ideas, experiment, and take initiative

What we're looking for

Final-year student or recent graduate in Computer Science, IT, or related Solid programming fundamentals (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript) Interest in automation, development, data, or systems Strong problem-solver with a growth mindset Clear communicator and team player
