We are looking for a motivated IT interns to assist in various technical and support tasks within our IT Operation Department. This role provides hands-on experience with hardware setups & repairs, software installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance in a fast-paced work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Setting up workstations with computers and necessary peripheral devices
Checking computer hardware (HDD, mouses, keyboards etc.) to ensure functionality
Installing and configuring appropriate software and functions according to
specifications
Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems (repair or replace parts,
debugging etc.)
Maintain records/logs of repairs and fixes and maintenance schedule
Other job task that assigns by IT Manager/Head of department

Job Requirements
Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Science & Technology or equivalent
Required skill(s): IT Hardware Expert
Preferred skill(s): Formatting PC/Notebook.
Applicants must be willing to work in Ampang/Pandan Indah
