Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and tech-savvy IT Intern to join our IT department. This internship will require hands-on experience in supporting and maintaining IT infrastructure and services. Besides assisting hardware and software support, troubleshooting and end-user support. You will get involved in various IT projects under the guidance of experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues. Setting up, configuring, and maintaining workstations, printers, and other peripherals. Support the team in installing, updating, and troubleshooting software applications. Maintain IT documentation and keep track of asset inventory listing. Perform routine maintenance tasks and monitor system performance. Assist with staff onboarding and offboarding of employees (account setup, hardware asset issuance). Collaborate with team members on IT projects and initiatives. Ensure data privacy and follow cybersecurity best practices.

Job Requirement:

Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Basic understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech related products. Familiar with Windows and/or Mac operating systems. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.

Pay: Up to RM1,000.00 per month
