Basic knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and networking.

Troubleshoot and resolve basic hardware, software, and network issues.
Support the setup, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment (e.g., laptops, printers, routers).
Assist in software installation, updates, and license management.
Maintain and update IT documentation, asset inventory, and user records.
Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including user account setup and device configuration.
Provide general support to end users and escalate issues to the IT team when necessary.
Participate in other IT-related projects or tasks as assigned.
