Learn and work on programming (programming language.net) project basis from Division Head/Direct Superior. [Programming]
Write a new /upgrade programming system. * Develop applications and system for multiple platform (PC, server and mobile phones)
Maintain, upgrade and troubleshoot any in-house developed applications (including software, system and programs).
Teach the user how to use in-house software applications:
Write manual for the software developed.
Give training or refresher session.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand analytical requirements, develop data-driven solutions, and communicate findings effectively. [Data Analysis]
Collecting, cleaning, pre-processing, analysing, and visualizing data generating reports and dashboards to communicate findings to stakeholders. [Data Analysis] * Utilize machine learning techniques for predictive modelling, classification, clustering, and recommendation systems as needed. [Data Analysis]
Assist Division Heads/Direct Superior designing, building, and maintaining data pipelines, ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes, databases, and data warehouses. [Data Engineering]
Assist Direct Superior to setup data management process or amend data policy. [Process]
Learn and Support IT Infrastructure and work along with team member to improve
IT internal data warehouse for IT business decision-making.
Report
Initiate to share the progress to direct superior whenever face the challenges or require assistant with the target deadline.
Share task progress, challenges or opinion during IT weekly meeting.
Learning
Stay abreast of emerging technologies and best practices in data analysis, statistics, and IT programming.
Others
Other duties and task given by Management from time to time.
Requirements:
Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
Add advantage Certification in relevant technologies or methodologies (Data Analytics Professional Certificate).
Preferable at least 1-2 years of relevant working experience. Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
Preferable with programming language (.net) or interest in programming.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and draw meaningful insights.
Communication speak and write effectively in English.
Strong communication and presentation skills to convey technical concepts and findings to non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Willing to share own opinion or questions.
Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and methodologies.
Preferable with proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Words.
