JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job Title: IT Lead

Job Purpose:

The purpose of this role is to handle application service request delivery for systems and post production support.

Key Responsibilities:

To manage and deliver projects within scope, timeline and, budget with quality
To report project status & issues to project PM
To identify technical risk and develop the mitigation solution
To ensure project documentation is kept up-to-date.
To perform troubleshooting and analysis of the issues / inquiries with the various stakeholders.
To liaise with various technical teams (applications, infrastructure, Securitites) and business teams for issue resolutions.
Provide post-production support within SLA.

Job Specification:

Qualifications:

Degree in Computer Science / Information Systems or its equivalent.

Relevant Work Experience:

2-3 years of experience in project delivery / system implementation.
2-3 years of experience in manage and operate and implement Apache, WebSphere and RedHat operating systems.
2-3 years of experience in RDBMS database such as Oracle, MySQL, and MSSQL.
Business knowledge in banking sector will be a plus.

Strong technical background in IT infrastructure, software development, access management and IT security.
Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word).
Knowledge in Consumer Banking related business and technology.

Ability to analyse and problem solve on a range of issues related to IT requests.
Highly result oriented and can work independently.
Display drive to complete the assignment.
Good analytical, technical, written and communication skills.
Ability to work in the team.
