1. Maintain Active Directory forests and domains, provide comprehensive security and management with Active Directory forests. 2. Knowledge or Experience in Windows File Server Management, Folders Access Right control and active directory policies settings. 3. Continually monitor network and end users environment to ensure best practices and guidelines are being followed. 4. Managing and configure the DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP, VPN, CCTV, WIFI AP, Cisco Switch & Firewall, etc. 5. Analyse and support to ensure IT department is align with business processes, tactical planning and strategies vision. 6. Handles application support incidents, performs trouble shooting, identifies root cause and follows up on problem resolution until completion. 7. Record problem symptoms and status information in a timely fashion and report to management with the problem resolution. 8. Responsible for day-to-day administration duties including Monitoring, backup, documentation, system health check and restoration procedures. 9. Document new system components, or modifications to existing components. 10. Ensure the security and integrity of system and product solutions. 11. Participate in emergency technical support and planned maintenance activities. 12. Perform research, provide technical advice for IT purchase, liase with vendor for systems deployment or implementation.
