An established electronics manufacturing services (EMS) provider, this company plays a critical role in delivering high-quality electronic products to global markets. With a focus on innovation and efficiency, they are seeking a IT Manager to manage IT systems to support business operations.
:
- Lead IT team to optimize infrastructure for current and future business needs.
- Ensure smooth operation of end-user systems, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely support.
- Oversee monitoring, updates, configuration, and hardware maintenance to maintain system performance.
- Liaise with vendors to implement projects and services on time, within specifications and budget.
- Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and system manuals.
- Conduct system integration testing and support ERP/document management systems.
- Mentor and develop IT team skills, promoting effective teamwork aligned with business objectives.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
- At least Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Minimum 8 years in manufacturing IT with ERP experience.
