Seeking an Experienced IT Manager to Lead Infrastructure & Technology Operations We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Manager to join our team at Signal Flare. The IT Manager will be responsible for managing and maintaining our company\'s IT infrastructure, ensuring that all technology resources are properly configured, secured, and optimized to support our production and distribution operations. Key Responsibilities Infrastructure Management Manage the company\'s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud services Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with hardware, software, and networks Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans and procedures Monitor and report on IT system performance and availability, and develop plans to address issues as they arise Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and make recommendations for improvements to our technology infrastructure. Develop and implement IT security policies and procedures to protect our company\'s data and intellectual property. Technical Support & Relationship Management Provide technical support to all staff members and ensure that they have access to the necessary technology resources to perform their job duties. Manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers to ensure that they are meeting our service level agreements. Collaborate with the creative and production teams to identify and implement technology solutions that improve workflow efficiency and productivity. Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders across the company to ensure that technology solutions align with business needs. Develop and maintain vendor relationships to ensure that we are getting the best value for our technology investments. Strategic Planning and Budgeting Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure the security, integrity, and availability of our technology resources Develop and manage the IT budget to ensure that resources are allocated effectively and efficiently Develop and maintain IT documentation, including system documentation, user manuals, and technical specifications Develop and implement disaster recovery plans and procedures to ensure business continuity in the event of a system outage or other disaster Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and make recommendations for how to incorporate these into our technology infrastructure Develop and implement plans to address long-term IT needs and ensure that our technology infrastructure supports the company\'s overall goals and objectives. Requirements Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management or a related field. Experience in the media production industry is a plus. Proven experience in managing and maintaining IT infrastructure. Hands-on experience with a range of technologies, including cloud services, networks, databases, operating systems, and security protocols. Proficient in programming languages such as Java, Python, and SQL, as well as in project management tools and methodologies. Strong knowledge of security best practices and experience in developing and implementing IT policies and procedures. Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues with hardware, software, and networks. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to think strategically about the company\'s technology needs and make recommendations for improvements and enhancements to the technology infrastructure. Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex technical problems and come up with creative solutions to address them. Ability to prioritize tasks based on business needs and budget constraints. Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment. Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
