Kelayakan
1. Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent.
2. Minimum 5 years of working experience in a related field, including managerial responsibilities.
3. Proven track record in software engineering and successfully leading complex development projects.
4. Strong technical expertise in development languages and frameworks such as Python, Java, AngularJS, and Spring Boot.
5. Familiarity with C# is an advantage, with willingness to learn required.
6. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
7. Responsive and accountable, with the ability to manage issues through to resolution.
Tanggungjawab
1. Lead end-to-end software development and deployment across multiple platforms.
2. Plan, prioritize, and deliver projects; track progress, risks, and changes, and report to the HOD.
3. Translate business and user requirements into practical technical solutions and development roadmaps.
4. Define, implement, and continuously improve development processes using Agile best practices.
5. Ensure engineering quality through code reviews, design reviews, and technical standards.
6. Identify project risks and dependencies early, and execute mitigation plans.
7. Ensure system stability, integration, compatibility, and performance across platforms.
8. Manage, mentor, and develop the technical team, including workload planning and performance reviews.
9. Drive troubleshooting, debugging, and system upgrades to support continuous improvement.
10. Maintain clear project documentation, knowledge sharing, and compliance with company and industry standards.
