Our client is one of the leading financial institution in Asia, who is currently in search IT Managers with many years' engineering experience and proven leadership skills.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the development of eCommerce Applications and any other applications as assigned.
• Work with superior to meet business plan.
• Manage business owners and users' expectations.
• Conduct resource planning and recruitment including logistics and administration.
• Ensure company's policies and standards including IT procedures/WI is adhered.
• Drive and evaluate alternative solutions/functionalities with various teams to align with company direction/business.
• Ensure business requirements and other implications are met by having efficient and effective solution through comprehensive analysis, design and testing including the necessary support.
• Ensure task/issue that have exceeded timeline and regulatory/business implication are address and manage.
• Collaborate with various teams on systems impacts and timelines including testing and implementation.
• Monitor and provide updates on management report including escalation to management as required.
• Ensure documentations are prepared and maintained accurately.
• Manage vendor to meet company expectations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Software engineering/Computer Science
• Minimum 8 years' experience in Java, Struts Frameworks, Web Services etc.
• Minimum 5 years of people management.
• Project and Vendor Management is advantage.
• Ability to make decisions quickly
• Business focused and system efficiency analysis.
• Strong leadership, team building and project management skills.
