All about the role:
This is a IT Manager MDM & Projects, EluxOne APAC & MEA role. This is a leadership level role and will be part of EluxOne SAP CoE for Business Area APAC&MEA, based in Kuala Lumpur, MY

• Successful candidate must have between 14 - 16 years\' experience with deep understanding of SAP ECC, especially in Data management while working with MDR/ECC systems or similar landscape.
• Hands-on, multi-dimensional experience developing & supporting an increasingly vast & complex data systems landscape consisting of multiple technologies, with SAP as the core.
• Minimum 4-6 years of deep experience of leading, managing and governing a Data CoE to ensure high quality data is available for all systems in Electrolux landscape.
• Strong project management experience with demonstrable ability to work on parallel initiatives is an essential skill needed in this role.
• Experience & track-record to lead a medium size techno-functional data team is a must.

What you\'ll do:

• Manage workload and priorities to meet Data CoE Run, Execute / Support Parallel Projects etc., and produce quality & compliant deliverables.
• Ensure end-to-end maintenance of Master data objects in the MDR/ECC/Downstream systems as per the established governance process. Data readiness in the MDR/ECC systems in compliance with service level agreements.
• Manage Data CoE team to perform prepare data maintenance & management via automated or permissible manual inputs to the MDR/ECC systems.
• Work with regional & global application teams to ensure synchronization of Master Data across multiple systems; this is a key responsibility and hence experience working with a multi-dimensional application landscape will be critical.
• Participate in projects, especially requiring data migration across multiple functional areas and regions.
• Work with business units and process experts to resolve master data issues.
• Support the business with required procedures, submit incidents and change requests as needed.
• Support business process experts in defining standard operating procedures, process flows and related.
• Deep exposure to release management cycles and it\'s challenges will be a significant advantage.
• Strong stakeholder management skills are a critical and mandatory skill. Proven ability to engage senior business stakeholders, functional & technical project teams, global teams, and vendor resources.
• Equally capable of planning & executing Projects implementations as well as on support projects.

Who You Are?

• Well-rounded experience, proven ability to lead SAP Data CoE while giving due consideration to standardization, seamless data flows, system performance, and future scalability.
• Be able to work with the Global Data team to develop a robust SAP architecture, and thereafter contribute to design, build & support activities. Collaborate closely with Business teams, EluxOne Functional teams, and multiple Partners/Vendors to ensure successful management of Data CoE and Project Delivery.
• Strength in Program & Project Management with ability to execute with excellence in a complex environment.
• Structured, business focused with hands-on problem-solving skills; ability to execute with excellence is critical.
• Interface with Change Advisory Board, in accordance with existing Change processes.
• Understand the overall SAP enterprise system landscape and ability to translate core data requirements within / across SAP components as well as integrate to external systems and applications.
• Exposure to SAP-BODS will be an added advantage.
• Essential skill & experience: Subject matter expert in SAP Master & Transaction Data Management & Governance.
• Essential skill & experience: Expertise in Program & Project Management.
• Essential skill & experience: Functional or Technical experience in one or more SAP modules as prior experience.
• Experience in service delivery to manage / work with team of vendors.
