An exciting IT Manager job opportunity has just become available at one of the leading property development companies based in Shah Alam.

About the IT Manager Role:
In this business critical role, you will play a major role in leading in-house projects and subordinates, covering planning, organising, coordination, implementation, and execution of IT applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement the project and communicate with stakeholders regarding project needs and goals
• Implement IT strategies that deliver projects on schedule and within budget
• Perform and assist in other ad hoc tasks, duties, projects, and activities
• Provide support to the global team and ensure full adherence to company procedures, account established processes, and business goals
• Help the team detect any gaps or areas of improvement in existing procedures and suggest viable solutions to establish new procedures or optimise the existing ones as needed
• Work closely with stakeholders, meeting their requirements and handling quality issues
• Oversee the operation of server systems and network administration

To succeed in this IT Manager role, you must be equipped with both hands-on and team leading experience, able to work in a face paced environment.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of three years\' working experience in IT with experience in managing and leading a team of people in system implementation
• Ability to manage projects, set and meet project deadlines
• Experience in RPA, Office365, and Intranet is preferred
• Experience in business data and process analysis and being able to prepare reports is an added advantage
