All about the role: This is a IT Manager Workplace Technology Solutions APAC MEA.You will be responsible in defining the strategy for client technology and digital workplace, video & telephony and SAM. You will work closely with regions to drive common solutions, operating model and service delivery. You will be managing our competent people, consultants and vendors for corporate develop environments. In your role you will report to the Head of Group Solutions APAC MEA, you will work in close collaboration with the APAC MEA Employee Experience team and Collaboration Solutions team, along with the Global Workplace and Collaboration teams. In the role you will also act as a Product manager for workplace hardware ensuring fit for purpose devices are provided to enhance employee experience, new ways of working and employee productivity. People leadership: Lead, motivate and develop the employees in the unit, by high engagement, listening and clarity in performance objectives, both short and long term. Technology excellence: Deliver excellent, modern and value focused workplace technology experiences. Proactively manage all security compliance and avoid security vulnerabilities by implementing right operating model. Strategy and lifecycle management:Own and drive the IT workplace technology visions and strategies: - Ensure a product lifecycle management framework. - Followmarkettechnology developments and evolve portfolio offering accordingly. - Drive an E2E thinking and execution towards more integration and automation. - Develop and maintain a clear architecture around Teams communication including Voice, Video and Rooms. - Ensure SAM governance and compliance is managed in accordance with Global standards. - Participate in, and drive software cost optimization initiatives. - Manage total cost of ownership. User experience:Understand the Electrolux users and stakeholders, their needs, and challenges in order to drive improvements. Ensure end user experience friendly technology and easy to use processes. Service delivery:Ensure an excellent IT service delivery within the operational scope. Partner management:Develop and maintain a strong relationship withsuppliersto maximize contract value and improve service delivery, while building a long-term partnership. Partake in negotiations and vendor meetings. Financial & Commercials: Manage your budget and cost. Forecast and manage volumes and services cost. Stringent follow up and cost management. Who You Are Strong knowledge and interest in workplace technology and market trends. Experience with outsourced vendor service delivery. Strong experience in working with digital workplace related areas. Ability to establish and focus on long term targets as well as short term deliveries. Growth mindset with a can-do attitude to work towards short term and long-term objectives. Customer and end user focus with a service mindset whilst maintaining a strong stakeholder management. Basic knowledge of software license agreements, terms and conditions, commercial models, products and reporting practices across the major software vendors. Strong ability to drive change and be a change advocate in challenging times. Experienced and proven people management and leadership capabilities. Prioritize team development and people development plan. Solid experience from management of IT solutions including product and project management experience. Exceptional communication and presentation skills. Ability to speak to a variety of stakeholders e.g. developers and C-suite leaders. Strong interpersonal skills with a collaboration mindset, used to work across different geographies. Self-drive, strong influential leadership and relationship building skills.
