Position Overview

The IT & Marketing role combines technical expertise with marketing acumen to drive digital marketing initiatives, maintain technology infrastructure, and bridge the gap between technical capabilities and marketing objectives.

Core Responsibilities

Provide technical support for hardware, software, and client issues Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns across multiple channels Create and manage content for websites, social media platforms, and email marketing Analyze marketing metrics and prepare performance reports Create and maintain marketing dashboards and analytics reporting Lead digital transformation initiatives that impact both IT and marketing Coordinate between technical and marketing teams on integrated projects

Required Qualifications

Technical Skills

Diploma / bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Marketing, Business or related field Strong understanding of IT fields Experience with marketing & IT field Knowledge Software Industry Understanding of software products Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices Familiarity with graphic design tools and basic design principles (Added Advantage) Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Project management capabilities with attention to detail Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Language Requirements

Fluency in Mandarin / Chinese - spoken & written

Strong English communication skills Ability to create marketing content in both languages Experience with Chinese digital marketing platforms preferred
