Job Description

Requirements:

At least 1 year engineer experience in related IT field. Degree/Diploma in Computer Science or Information Technology Candidate certified with CCNA or HCNA or equivalent academic courses will be added advantage. Preferred Language: Bahasa Melayu, English. Experience before in Cisco, Huawei, Ruckus, Juniper or any networking and wireless products will be an advantage for interview selection. Willing to be based in branch office near UMPSA Gambang, Pahang.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Good analytical and problem solving skills Self-motivated and responsible Leadership Able to work independently Important willing to learn Willing to travel nation-wide Owned car driving license Work and stay in close proximity of Gambang, Pahang

Job Tasks:

Handle site project and services and maintain it well Understand customer requirement and provide solution to customer Preventive maintenance for the installed equipment Prepared reporting and documentation based on requirement daily, weekly or monthly to customer and leader

Working Hours:

9am until 6pm. Monday till Friday (depend on state government), public holiday follow government calendar.
