Job Description
Job Requirements :
- Diploma/Degree in Computer Science or Related Field.
- Min 1 - 2 years working experience in related field.
- Good Personality.
- Patience in dealing with customer concerns.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Provide network support and product training to dealers.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to address customer inquiries and concerns.
- Develop system deployment plans for customers based on project specifications.
- Accomplish any IT-related task assigned by Supervisor.
- Salary Range: RM 2500 to RM 3500
