Job Description

Set up hardware, install and testing on server, storage and software on the servers

Involved in installation, monitoring & maintaining of the IT infrastructures including Server, Network, Storage, Operating System, and Backup & Disaster Recovery.

Perform all tasks to fulfil service level agreements and collaboration availability and security; including those involving user accounts, shared folders/calendars, mailing lists, resources and Outlook.

Establish and maintain a server security system and guarantee data integrity and protection in compliance with existing security policies and standards.

Monitor and review all resource consumption, including disk space, CPU and memory utilization.

Manage and administer server-related activities particularly on the server's operating, resources, monitoring, and software licenses.

Maintenance of network software systems.

Responsible for implementation & administration of IT infrastructure including LAN & WAN connectivity, firewall, reverse proxy & technical support.

To develop and document standards for hardware / software / network / server related matters.

To handle IT infrastructure such desktop, network, Printer, CCTV system and databases.

To perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Require on phone standby and support during after working hours and weekends, support any issue cross over the properties.
