1. Manages and coordinates all IT related matters not limit to operating systems, security tools, servers, email systems, data, wireless communications, mobile technology, cyber security, and computer hardware. 2. Manage the company\'s hardware systems, including servers, workstations, laptops, printers, and peripherals. 3. Install, configure, and maintain networking equipment, such as routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points. 4. Monitor and maintain the performance of the company\'s IT systems and infrastructure, including servers, storage, and backup systems. 5. Ensure the security of the company\'s IT infrastructure, including implementing and managing security protocols, firewalls, and anti-virus software. 6. Collaborate with other departments to identify their IT needs and provide solutions that align with company objectives. 7. Manage IT projects from conception to completion, including project planning, budgeting, and implementation. 8. Provide technical support, which includes creating accounts for new users, implementing applications, and upgrading software, troubleshooting, and training the internal community, as well as improving overall technical capability and minimizing user difficulties technical support jobs. 9. Identify and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network problems, and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner. 10. Maintain an inventory of IT hardware and software assets, and ensure that they are properly secured and tracked. 11. Provide technical support to end-users, including training and guidance on IT hardware, software, and networking systems. 12. Document IT systems and procedures, and ensure that they are kept up-to-date. 13. Stay up-to-date with new technologies and industry trends, and provide recommendations for improvement. 14. Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to company policy 15. Undertake and perform any other ad hoc duties, task, projects assigned by the Immediate Superior, Manager and above when required.
