Key Responsibilities

Maintain and support the organization's IT infrastructure, including servers, networking devices, printers, and systems. Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and peripheral devices for users. Provide technical support to end-users, including diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues. Monitor and maintain network performance, security, and backups to ensure data integrity and system availability. Administer and manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights across various systems and applications. Conduct regular system maintenance activities, such as updates, patches, and upgrades, to ensure optimal performance and security. Conduct regular system audits to identify vulnerabilities, recommend and implement security measures. Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions for improving IT infrastructure and operations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to resolve technical issues and implement IT projects. Provide training and technical guidance to staff on IT-related topics and tools. Administrate and support Active Directory, MS Sharepoint & M365. Setup, configure and support various hardware (PC/laptop/server), operating systems (Microsoft windows XP/7/Vista/10, windows server 2008/2013/2016, Microsoft hyper-V), networks (LAN/WAN).

Key Requirements

Degree or Diploma in IT or related fields. At least 1 year of working experience in IT support or a similar role. Knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and other network protocols. Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, networks, and software applications. Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues. Experience in managing Windows and/or Linux server environments. Strong communication (written & verbal) in English and ability to interact with different stakeholders.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
